These surveys were intended to be taken using Internet Explorer as the browser. If you are not using Internet Explorer,
key images may not display.
Due to technical difficulties, the Scholastic Red surveys have been made available in a word document form. If the the
online survey tool is not functioning correctly, please download the survey, complete the survey in Microsoft Word, and save
the file using the same filename as your UserID.
Procedure for submitting a word document survey
1) Download and open the read only word document.
2) Go to File/ Save As and save the document to a location you will remember, Desktop reccomended.
3) Fill out survey.
4) Save again
5) Attach .doc file to an email sent to james.marshall@azed.gov. James.Marshall@azed.gov.
